一、论坛简介

I.Introduction

西安修建科技大学坐落于十三朝古都西安，是陕西省重点建设的高水平大学，也是教育部、住建部和陕西省共建的大学。通过并校60余年的不懈努力，现已开展成为一所以土木修建、环境市政、资料冶金及其相关学科为特征，以工程技术学科为主体，文、理、经、管、艺、法等学科协调开展的多科性大学。

Located in Xi'an (Shaanxi Province), an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology(XAUAT) is a high-level university in Shaanxi Province, funded jointly by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Shaanxi Provincial Government. After more than 60 years of amalgamation, XAUAT has become a multidisciplinary university with characteristic disciplines (civil engineering and architecture, environment and municipal administration, material and metallurgy and other related disciplines), main disciplines (engineering technology) and other disciplines (literature, science, economics, management, art and law).

第五届“雁塔学者” 论坛一起也是陕西省第四届“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”的分论坛。“雁塔学者”论坛包含主论坛、观赏、学院分论坛。校园现诚邀海内外杰出青年人才团聚西安，就相关范畴的前沿科技热点问题进行学术讨论和沟通，促进与会学者与我校相关学科教师树立联络和协作，加深与会学者对西安修建科技大学的全面了解，促进杰出人才来校建功立业。

The fifth “Yanta Scholar Forum” is also part of the “Silk Road International Symposium for Distinguished Young Scholars(SRIS, 2019)”.It includes main forum, visiting and Divided forum of schools.We invites outstanding young talents from home and abroad to gather in Xi 'an to conduct academic discussions and exchanges on cutting-edge science and technology in related fields, promote the connection and cooperation between the participating scholars and teachers of relevant disciplines of our university, deepen the comprehensive understanding of the participating scholars to XAUAT, and facilitate the outstanding talents to come to our university to make contributions and establish careers.

1.请求人具有博士学位，或为博士应届结业生，年纪40周岁及以下；

The applicant should have adoctoral degree, or bea doctoral graduate, aged 40 or below;

2.请求人具有2年以上科研或工作经验，在所从事范畴已获得杰出的学术成绩，具有海外闻名高校留学或联合培育阅历者优先；

Applicants shouldhave more than 2 years of scientific research or working experience, have made outstanding academic achievements in their fields, and have the experience of studying abroad or joint training in well-known overseas universities is preferred;

3.请求人具有立异思想，具有成为青年优秀人才的潜质；

The applicant should have innovative thinking and have the potential to become a top young talent;

4.请求人具有杰出的学术品德和职业品德。

Applicants should have good academic and professional ethics.

1.请求人在西安修建科技大学人事处网站主页点击陕西省第四届“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”西安修建科技大学分论坛告诉，或长按下图辨认二维码，下载填写《西安修建科技大学第五届“雁塔学者”论坛参会请求表》；

The applicant can click "Notice of 'Yanta scholar' of XAUAT" on the homepage of the personnel departent of XAUAT, or long click the QR code below todownload and fill in the application form;

2.将《西安修建科技大学第五届“雁塔学者”论坛参会请求表》连同请求人简历作为附件同时发送至会务组电子邮箱：zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn;邮件主题请以“雁塔学者论坛请求+名字+专业+最高学位结业院校”命名。

Send the application form together with the applicant's resume as an attachment to the email address:zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn.

Please name the email subject as "Yanta scholar Forum application + name + major + highest degree graduate institution".

六、特别阐明

本次论坛不收取费用，我校将为受邀学者报销国内外往复交通盘缠，并统一安排免费食宿以及机场、火车站接送服务。

受邀学者需依据研讨范畴，提前准备学术报告。

There is no charge for forum this time. Our school will reimburse the domestic and foreign travel expenses of the invited scholars, and arrange free accommodation and transportation services at the airport and railway station.

Invited scholars should prepare academic reports in advance according to their research fields.
